5VTS3A227E是一款音频自主检测和配置开关,用于检测3孔或4孔音频并配置内部开关,以便进具有防反跳可调定时功能的插入/移除检测行信号传输.
配置检测:–立体声3孔耳机TS3A227E的内部接地FET具有60mΩ超低RON,能–麦克风(MIC)连接Sleeve的4孔标准耳机够最大限度地减少串扰影响.
接地FET也可用于传送–MIC连接Ring2的4孔国际标准(OMTP)耳机FM信号,因此,可以使用的接地线作为移动音频可对多达4个按键进行按压检测应用中的FM天线.
超低接地场效应晶体管(FET)导通电阻RON,仅为利用内部隔离开关,TS3A227E可以消除插入或移除60mΩ音频时可能产生的卡嗒/爆裂噪音.
此外,器件中断电后可消除噪声的耗尽型FET可防止器件未通电时出现悬空接地,并隔离音频插孔的麦克风偏置电压(MICBIAS),消除防止将插入未通电系统时产生嗡嗡声.
卡嗒/爆裂噪音集成编解码器感测线路当没有插入耳机时,低功耗睡眠模式可将部分内部电路手动I2C控制关断,以实现极低的静态电流和功耗.
调频(FM)传输能力TS3A227E具有集成按键按压检测功能,最多可检测4两种小型封装选项个按键的按压和释放操作.
–16引脚芯片尺寸球状引脚栅格阵列(DSBGA)封装手动I2C控制可控制防反跳设置和开关状态,从而使–16引脚四方扁平无引线(QFN)封装TS3A227E适应应用需求.
