Greetsincomingvisitorsandclients,determinethenatureoftheirbusiness,anddirectthemtoappropriatestaff.
3.
ArrangesforlandlordsandparticipantstosigncontractsandmakescopiesforparticipantsandAssistedHousing(AH)Counselors.
4.
Scheduleshearingsthatincludesparticipants,HearingOfficersandarrangementsformeetingroom;5.
WorkscloselywithHearingOfficertofollowuponhearingsfordata,statusupdateandendingwithcompletionofsendinghearingresultstorequiredparticipants.
6.
AssistsAHCounselorwithHousingAssistanceProgram(HAP)registerreconciliation.
7.
Sendsnoticesofrentchangestoparticipantsandlandlords.
8.
Deliversinformationprovidedbyapplicants,participants,orownerstoappropriatemanagementlevel.
9.
SendsnoticestoapplicantsonwaitinglisttovisitAuthority'sofficetoupdateapplicationformorforeligibilityinterview.
