医用CR和DR的区别有哪些

1.系统功能比较：CR是在传统X线胶片摄影装置改进而来，它是利用IP板替代了原有的胶片暗盒，与现有的X线拍片系统没有什么大的改变，IP板在X线曝光后，将图像信息存储在IP板上，将IP板(类似暗盒)送读出装置读出处理，可对现有设备进行改造。

DR则是完全数字化的产品，完全改变了传统X线胶片摄影过程，平板探测器(FPD)经X线曝光后即时将X线信号转换成数字信号送计算机进行处理，设备是一套全新的数字X线机。

2.图像质量比较：图像的空间分辨率CR>3.5LP/mm，DR>3.6LP/mm；密度分辨率CR>212灰阶，DR>214灰阶，DR的FPD显示信息>CR的IP板，DR调制传递函数MTF高于CR。

3.操作使用：目前医院使用CR、DR已比较普及，据不完全统计，使用X线传统屏片摄影每个病人平均需要7.5分/人，采用CR摄影的需6分/人，而采用DR摄影的需要2.5 分/人，CR可与原有的适合X线平片摄影的X线机系统配合使用，特别是可用在ICU、急诊室等特殊科室的复杂体位的摄影，而DR系统则较适合透视与点片、摄影及各种造影检查。

4.软件功能方面：CR、DR的软件功能不同厂家不同型号的设备软件功能大同小异，都是采用质量控制摸块和后处理技术保证图像的质量和稳定性，DR采用自动曝光控制技术（AutomaticExposureControl，AEC），主要原理是通过设定不同的探测器（电离室），在曝光时测量透过病人的X线剂量，当达到图像采集所需要的剂量后，自动关闭X线系统，保证了整幅图像的一致性，在快速得到一幅数字图像后，可以立即对图像进行数字优化处理。

而不必像以往胶片冲出来之后才知道图像的好坏，病人因为图像的问题而被重拍的概率大大降低，病人也避免了接受不必要的X线照射，减少了所接受的射线剂量。

通过AEC技术，配合其工作站上的多种处理摸式，使成像质量稳定，且操作简单化，不用人为的调整和处理。

CR的曝光指数（ExposureIndex，EI）参考值是影响质量的重要参数，不同的部位采用不同EI和EVP值以达到高质量图像的目的。

由于拍片过程与后期的图像处理没有直接的关联，要获得较好的质量的图像，还需要一定的投照技术和经验，设备可操作性和图像质量的稳定性比DR要差一些。

而“能量减影”是计算机X线摄影影像处理技术的一种，目前主要用于胸部检查，可同时获得胸部的原始影像、单纯肺组织像、单纯肋骨像等多种影像信息，消除骨骼或软组织影像，从而可为肋骨骨折或肺部肿块及其对肋骨的破坏提供强有力的证据。
