摘要目的探討饮食日记结合微信群管理在妊娠糖尿病患者院外延续性护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月12月我院确诊且已出院的妊娠期糖尿病患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组每组26例对照组给予常规院外延续性护理和出院指导观察组给予基于饮食日记与微信群管理的院外延续性护理门诊随访1个月分别评价护理前、护理1周、护理2周、护理1个月时两组患者个人饮食管理能力对比空腹血糖、 2h餐后血糖水平通过阶段性对比探究基于饮食日记与微信群管理的院外延续性护理效果。结果随访1个月观察组患者血糖控制水平、个人饮食管理水平明显优于对照组P<  观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组 P<  。结论基于饮

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of diet diary andWeChatgroup managementonthe out-of-hospital continuousnursing in gestational diabetes patients.MethodsA total of 52patients with gestational diabetesdiagnosed inour hospital anddischarged from Januaryto December2016were enrol led.Thepatients were randomlydivided into observation group and controlgroup with 26cases in each group.The control group was givenroutine out-of-hospital continuous nursing and discharge

guidance and the observation group wasgivenout-of-hospitalcontinuousnursing based ondietdiaryandWeChatgroupmanagement.The outpatients were fol lowed up for 1 month.

Personal dietary management abi l ityof two groups was evaluated atthe time of before nursing  1 week after nursing  2 weeks afternursing  and 1 month after nursing.The fasting blood glucose and2 h postprandial blood glucose level were compared.The effectofout-of-hospital continuitycare based on dietdiary and WeChatgroup managementwasexplored throughstaged comparison.ResultsThe blood glucose control level and personal dietmanagement level of the observation groupwere significantly betterthan those in the control group afterfol lowing up for1 monthP<  .The nursing satisfaction of the observation groupwas betterthan thatof the control group P<  .ConclusionOut-of-hospitalcontinuousnursing based ondietdiaryandWeChatgroupmanagementcan strengthenthe individual dietmanagementofpatients  improve the blood sugarcontrol level and nursingsatisfaction of patients  and have high cl inical value  which isworthyof wide-area promotion and appl ication.
