TheTDA1547isusedincombinationwiththeSAA7350bitstreamcircuit,whichincludesthethird-ordernoiseshaper.
TheexcellentperformanceoftheSAA7350andTDA1547bitstreamconversionsystemisobtainedbyseparatingthenoiseshapingcircuitandtheone-bitconversioncircuitovertwoIC's,therebyreducingthecrosstalkbetweenthedigitalandanalogparts.
TheTDA1547one-bitconverterisprocessedinBIMOS.
Inthedigitallogicanddriversbipolartransistorsareusedtooptimizespeedandtoreducedigitalnoisegeneration.
Intheanalogpartthebipolartransistorsareusedtoobtainhighperformanceoftheoperationalamplifiers.
Speciallayoutprecautionshavebeentakentoachieveahighcrosstalkimmunity.
ThelayoutoftheTDA1547hasfullyseparatedleftandrightchannelsandsupplyvoltagelinesbetweenthedigitalandanalogsections.
