Forexample,ifyouscheduleameetingfrom15:00to16:00onFridayandthensendanupdatetoreschedulethismeetingfrom15:30to16:00onFriday,AutoAcceptAgentacceptstheupdateeventhoughtheresourceappearedasbusy.
RecurringMeetingRequestsAutoAcceptAgentexpands,accepts,anddeclinesrecurringmeetingrequestsaccordingtothefollowingparameters:Ifarecurringmeetingrequestdoesnotcontainanenddateorcontainsanenddatebeyondthespecifiedbookingwindow,bydefaultAutoAcceptAgentdeclinestherequest.
IfyousettheEnforceRecurringMeetingEndDateparametertoFalse,AutoAcceptAgentexpandsandschedulesmeetinginstancesuptothemaximumallowednumberofmonthsthatarecontainedintheBookingWindowInMonthsparameter.
However,becausetherecurrencewillbetruncatedtothelimitsetbyBookingWindowInMonths,theenddateontheorganizer'scalendarcouldbedifferentfromtheenddateontheresourcemailbox'scalendar.
TheRecurringMeetingConflictPercentageAllowedparametersetsathresholdfortheamountofreschedulingrequiredbytheorganizerwhenindividualinstancesaredeclinedbecauseofaconflict.

TheRecurringMeetingMaximumConflictInstancesparametersetsathresholdforthenumberofconflictsallowedforarecurringmeetingbeforetheagentdeclinestherequest.
ThisparameterworkstogetherwiththeRecurringMeetingConflictPercentageAllowedparameter,withthelowerofthetwothresholdsdeterminingwhetherthemeetingrequestisacceptedordeclined.
