Inthiscase,theOriginalFormofProxyshouldnotbelodged.
AnyShareholderwhohasalreadylodgedtheOriginalFormofProxyshouldnotethat:(i)iftheRevisedFormofProxyislodgednotlaterthan24hoursbeforethetimedesignatedforholdingtheAGMoranyadjournmentthereof(the"ClosingTime"),theRevisedFormofProxywillrevokeandsupersedetheOriginalFormofProxypreviouslylodgedbytheShareholder.
