WeightTransportation,SurchargesandValueAddedServiceschargesforashipmentwillbeassessedonthetotalgrossweightoftheshipmentbasedonthegreaterofthefollowing:ActualweightCubicdimensionalweightMinimumweight(whereapplicable)Cubicdimensionalweightwillbederivedfromthecubicmeasurementoftheshipmentinwholeinches(lengthxwidthxheight)onthebasisofonepoundforeach166cubicinchesorfractionthereof(or6000cubiccmperkg).

UndeliverableShipmentsDHLGlobalForwardingwillmakeallreasonableeffortstodelivereachshipmenttotheconsigneeattheaddressspecified.
Ifashipmentisundeliverableforanyreason,DHLGlobalForwardingwillnotifytheshipperinwritingtoarrangefortheshipment'sreturn.
Thechargesassociatedwiththeoriginalshipmentremaindueandpayableuponreceiptofinvoice.
