其实不光是四大强调团队合作了,几乎所有的外资公司都非常重视团队精神的,人可以有自己的个性,但是并不能因此磨灭团队精神,一个人的能力毕竟有限,哪怕你审计能力非常高,也不可能有那么多的精力面面俱到,所以必须一个团队共同合作才可以完成,这就是基本的团队精神 日本这些年来的发展不同样是团队精神的完美体现,不是有一种说法是日本人一个人是一条虫,三个人就是一条龙了吗? 审计分工?比如说公司上市吧,这是一定要通过审计的,而且一定要四大审计的,一般来说,一个小组中有一个经理,专门负责和客户沟通,了解公司的具体业务情况,行业发展情况,一个人要负责对这些年的财务报表进行核算(就是所谓的国际精算师),确保万无一失,这个核算是相当艰苦的,因为审计时间一般只有一周左右,所以一般一个主要负责人对财务报表进行总体汇总核算,还会有一个副手审计一些无形价值,包括品牌价值、企业形象等等,一两个人对这些年来公司的税务、保险、劳务进行核算,剩下还有两个人是专门的软件操作员,不光负责数据录入,还有一些简单的sap之类的财务核算,这样一个项目紧的时候必需一周之内完成,一个人绝对不可能做得到的,几个人如果配合不够娴熟,这样的项目也是吃不下来的。

一次收入确实很多,但是这些人这周之内基本上是不用考虑2点以前回家。

Create a Culture of Teamwork To make teamwork happen, these powerful actions must ur. Executive municate the clear expectation that teamwork and collaboration are expected. If team members are not getting along, examine the work processes they mutually own. The problem is not usually the personalities of the team members. It’s the fact that the team members often haven’t agreed on how they will deliver a product or a service or the steps required to get something done. Build fun and shared asions into anization’s agenda. Hold pot luck lunches; take the team to a sporting event. Sponsor dinners at a local restaurant. Go hiking or to an amusement park.
