Nonetheless,suchcomponentsaresubjecttotheseterms.
NoTIcomponentsareauthorizedforuseinFDAClassIII(orsimilarlife-criticalmedicalequipment)unlessauthorizedofficersofthepartieshaveexecutedanagreementspecificallygoverningsuchuse.
