ArianespaceactivitiesarecharacterizedashighlysecuritysensitiveonesbytheFrenchgovernementandconsequentlyverystrictandrigorousmeasuresareimplementedwiththesupportofnationalauthoritiestosatisfybothnationalandinternationalrequirements.

SafetymissionTheCSGentitiesapplyrigorousSafetyRulesduringeachlaunchcampaign:thisincludesauthorizationofequipmentuse,operatorcertification,andpermanentoperationmonitoring.
AnypotentiallydangerousactivityistobereportedtotheCSGresponsible,whichinturn,makescertainthatsafetyequipmentandemergencyresponseteamsarepoisedtodealwithanyhazard.
EnvironmentalprotectionFormanyyears,allCSGactorshavebeencommittedtoprotectingtheenvironment,throughstrictmeasuresduringspacecraftpreparation,launch,andflight.

StandardVegaCmissionProfileforSun-SynchronousOrbitSecondAVUM+ignitionVEGACTheVega-Claunchvehicle,aEuropeanSpaceAgency(ESA)program,isanupgradedandmorepowerfulversionofthecurrentVegarocket.
ThepayloadcapacitytoSun-synchronousEarthorbitat700kmwillincreasefromabout1,500kgwiththecurrentVegaconfigurationto2,300kgonVegaC.
Thisimprovedliftcapability,alongwithincreasedvolumeunderthepayloadfairing,willfurtherconsolidateVega'smarketpositionandrespondtotheevolvinglaunchneedsofcommercialandinstitutionalusers.
