Carefullyliftthecompleteairboxassemblyoutofitslowermountingsandremovetheassemblyfromthevehicle.

Removethenutsecuringtheintakescooptotheslampanel.
Carefullyunclipandremovethescoopfromthevehicle.
9.
Takingallthenecessarysafetyprecautionsaspermanufacturersinstruc-tionsraisethefrontofthevehicle.
10.
Removetheboltsecuringtheresonatorboxassemblytothelowercrossmember.
11.
Carefullymanoeuvretheresonatorboxassemblyfromthevehicle.
12.
Removethenut/boltsecuringthePAS(PowerAssistedSteering)reservoirtotheslampanel.
13.
RemovethenutsecuringthePASreservoirtothemountingbracket.
Removethebracketfromthevehicle.

Removethenutssecuringtheresonatorassemblytotheslampanel.
5.
Unclip&removetheresonatorpipefromthebaseoftheairboxassembly.
14.
Securethenewstuddedvibrationmountingtothefrontairboxmountingholeusingthetwolargeflatwashers,rubberwashers,M6washerandM6x20boltsupplied.

SecurethemountingbrackettothethreadedbossontheundersideoftheTyphoontubeusingashortboltandwavewashersupplied.

InstalltheK&NFilterontotheintaketubeandsecurewiththesuppliedhoseclamp.

AdjusttheTyphoontubeforbestfitandclearance.
Nowfullytightenallthehardware.

Reconnectthenegativebatterycable.
Doublecheckthateverythingistightandproperlypositionedbeforestartingthevehicle.

Securethesteppedsiliconeadaptorhosetothethrottlehousingusingthe#275barrelclampsupplied.

SecurethePASreservoirtothebracketassemblyandnowfullytightenallconnections.

Securethenewbracketassemblytothefrontslampanelusingtheplasticspacerandoneofthenuts/boltsremovedearlier.
Thespacercomesbetweentheslampanelandthebracket.

Assemblethe'T'bracketandthe'U'bracketusingtheallenheadbolts,smallflatwashersandnylocknutssuppliedasshown.
Donotfullytightenatthismoment.

Securethenew'Z'mountingbrackettotherubbervibrationstudusingasmallflatwasherandnylocknutsupplied.
