TheZAMELwarrantydoesnotcover:a)mechanicaldefectsresultingfromtransport,loading/unloadingorothercircumstances,b)defectsresultingfromincorrectinstallationoroperationofZAMELproducts,c)defectsresultingfromanychangesmadebyCUSTOMERSorthirdparties,toproductssoldorequipmentnecessaryforthecorrectoperationofproductssold,d)defectsresultingfromforcemajeureorotheraleatoryeventsforwhichZAMELisnotliable.

AllcomplaintsinrelationtothewarrantymustbeprovidedbytheCUSTOMERinwritingtotheretailerafterdiscoveringadefect.
