0概念篇

电子邮件有许多优点实时又私密方便又省时难怪有成千上万人使用电子邮件与亲友联系甚至进行商业往来。在这种沟通热潮之下多年没写信的人纷纷开始使用电子邮件。如果熬夜加班可以将邮件寄到他人信箱对方明早就可读取信件。想联系的朋友若是身处另一个时区或者生理节律与你不同你可以写电子邮件不必担心会跟打电话一样扰人清梦。a.开首敬辞

电子邮件的开头一定要先行问候例如 「Dear Li l l ian,」 。根据你与收信者的亲疏远近你要称呼他们的姓而非他们的名例如 「Dear Mrs.Price,」 。如果关系较为亲近你可以说 「Hi Kel ly,」 。

(说明)

对方为男性用Mr. ** 对方为女性则用Ms. ** 如果为博士无论男女皆用DearDr. **。其它常用的问候语包括 Hi there, DearAl l , Hi , Dear Sir/Madam, Ladies andGentlemen 。b. 向受文者致谢(开场白)

如果回复客户的询问你可先表达感谢。例如如果某人询问你的公司你可以说 「Thankyou for contacting ABC Company. 」 。如果某人已经回复你先前的电子邮件务必要说

「Thank you for your prompt reply. 」或「Thanks for getting back to me. 」 。c.表明你的目的(开场白)

你有可能无法用感谢词来作为电子邮件的起头。如果是这样你可以表明目的。例如 「 I amwriting to introduce myself…」或「 I am writing in reference to your advertisement…」 。尽早在电子邮件中清楚说明目的然后进入邮件的主题内容。记得要注意文法、拼字及标点符号避免冗长的句子让句子简洁明了。d.电子邮件内容

替各种场合收集单字、词组、句型与文章段落。许多人或许会告诉你要学会如何用英文写电子邮件必须练习、练习再练习。练习非常有用也是学好英文的必要手段。然而 问题是对许多英语学习者而言 「用英文写信」等同于「犯下许多错误」 。有些人甚至每个句子

都有错误如果你不会犯许多错误你可以用英文写信而且你的英文会愈来愈好。然而如果你会犯很多错误你每次写英文都会强化你犯的错误。你每回写信就会不断犯错错误的习惯会愈来愈根生地固。写得愈多英文愈烂。你只能透过阅读与聆听英文来学习如何写出正确的英文书信。你必须阅读与聆听正确的英文句子。当你学会如何去组成正确的英文句子之后你才能开始去写信。e.结束语

电子邮件时再次感谢对方或者再写些客气的结束语。你可以先说「Thank you for yourpatience and cooperation. 」或「Thank you foryour consideration. 」 然后接着说「 If youhave any questions or concerns,don‘t hesitate to let me know.」及「 I look forward tohearing from you.」 。f.结尾辞

电子邮件的最后一步是使用适切的结尾辞与属名正式用语是「Best regards,」 「Sincerely,」及「Thank you,」  比较随结尾辞有「Best wishes,」或「Cheers,」 。传送电子邮件以前请再次检查电子邮件中的拼写确定你的电子邮件完美无暇

5. ‖Cl ick‖的标准用法是『及物动词』 所以―on‖可以省略。 ‖Cl ick‖表示用鼠标按一下连结// ―Press‖是用手直接按压某样东西这两个字不要弄混。

6.access -使用某项资源。详细用法请见『英文单字―Access‖该如何使用? 』 。

7.once -这里是『一旦』的意思不是『一次』 的意思。

2. with-神奇的介系词说明前后所接的句子或名词有关联有时表示『具备/拥有』之意有时不用翻成中文。

3. As you state-如同你所说的(惯用的提醒用法)其它类似的用法包括 Asyou have said或As you have stated。

4. could be-假设语气表示『有可能』 。 这个用法层出不穷详细用法请见 『英文辅助动词―Could‖该如何解释 』 。

5. why-关系代名词通常皆在―reason‖这个单字后面其后说明理由。

6. backup person-替代人选代理人。备份磁盘就是用―back up‖这个词语。 backup此处可视为形容词。

7.ODM-original design manufacturer (原始设计制造商)略称。 ODM is a companywhichmanufactures a productwhich ultimatelywi l l be branded by anotherfirm for sale.

10.submitting and approving change requests-由此可知―submit‖和―approve‖可以跟―request‖ (要求)共同搭配使用这就是『英文词语搭配』 (English Col locations)的观念。
