刺络放血联合雷公藤多甙片治疗血热证银屑病疗效

摘要摘要目的探讨雷公藤联合刺络放血法治疗血热证银屑病疗效幵观察对血清白细胞介素 IL -4和干扰素 IFN -γ的影响。方法选择2017年1月至12月就诊的血热证银屑病患者60例分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组给予雷公藤多甙片治疗按体重每kg每日口服1 m g 3次/d共4周。研究组在对照组基础上每周1次委中穴放血共4周。观察治疗前后患者皮屑面积和严重指数PASI 评分以及IFN-γ、 IL-4水平变化。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为%20/30 高于对照组的

15/30  P<   IL-4水平较治疗前升高 P=  IFN-γ水平较治疗前明显降低 P= 。结论雷公藤多甙片联合刺络放血疗法效果更佳且可能促进雷公藤多甙的免疫调节功能

ABSTRACT Objective  To explore the effect of tripterygiumwi lfordi i polyglycoside tablets combined with bloodletting punctureinthetreatmentof psoriasiswith blood-heatsyndrome and toobserve the effects of serum interleukin  IL -4 and interferon IFN -γ.Methods  Sixty patients with psoriasis of blood-heatsyndrome from January to December 2017 were selected anddivided into a studygroup and a control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with tripterygium wi lfordi ipolyglycosidetablets  1 mg per kg of bodyweight perday 3

times perdayfor4 weeks.On the basis of the control group  thebloodletting was at weizhong point once aweekfor4weeks.Thechanges of psoriasis area and severity index score  IFN-γ and IL-4levels were observed before and aftertreatment.Results  The totaleffective rate in the study group was%20/30  which was higherthan that in the control group 15/30 P<   IL-4 level was higherthan that before treatment  P=  and IFN-γ level was significantlylowerthan that before treatment P=  .Conclusion  Tripterygiumwi lfordi i polyglycosides tablets combined with blood-lettingpuncture is more effective  and may promote the immuneregulationfunction of tripterygium wi lfordi i polyglycosides.

银屑病是以皮肤出现红斑鳞屑为主要临床表现的常见慢性復发性疾病

[1] 病因丌明治愈困难是世界卫生组织所列20世纪人类十大顽症之

一严重影响患者的身心健康和正常工作。该病中医称之为“白疕” 认为病位在血分急性期多以血热为主壅于肌表而发兼风、寒、湿等因素静止期以血瘀为主缓解期则以血虚为主。雷公藤可调节免疫细胞抑制炎症已广泛应用于银屑病治疗[2] 。刺络放血疗法可以泄血解毒温热通经改善血热证银屑病症状[3]。本文报道采用雷公藤联合刺络放血法治疗血热证银屑病疗效及对血清白细胞介素 IL -4和干扰素 IFN -γ水平的影响。
