Inaddition,alllicensesyouissuemustbeusedonthehostingservicesyouprovide.
DOWNLOADSResellersareresponsibleforprovidingaccesstotheWHMCSfilesnecessaryforresoldcustomerstoinstallandusethesoftware.
Thesefilesshouldonlyeverbeaccessibletothoseentitledtothembyhavingalicense,andmustnotbepublicallyaccessible.
LICENSEUSAGEWHMCSLimitedreservestherighttoperformanauditoflicensekeysissuedbyareselleratanytime,andtheresellermaybeaskedtoprovidealistofIPsthatbelongtotheirnetworktoWHMCSLimited|ResellerAgreement2facilitatethis.
Failuretoprovideevidencethatlicensesarebeingusedsolelywithintheresellershostingnetworkmayleadtosuspension.
BILLINGPOLICYPaymentisdueontheanniversaryofkeysbeingissued.
Ifpaymentisnotreceivedwithin5daysofthisdate,licenseswillbesuspendeduntilpaymentisreceived.
Allsalesarefinalandnon-refundable.
Cancellationsduringanactivemonthofalicensedonotwarrantmoneybackfortheunusedtime.
ADVERTISINGINFORMATIONTheresellerissolelyresponsibletoensurethatanycontent,information,features,functionsandincludeditemswithourproductdisplayedontheirwebsiteremainscurrentandcorrect.
WHMCSwillnotbeheldresponsible,liableoratfaultifanyinformationprovidedtoyourcustomersisnotconsideredcorrect.
SUPPORTAllcustomerswhoaresoldalicenseforWHMCSfromaresellerhavetherighttocontactusdirectlyforsupport.
Ifhowevertheresellersaccountisnotingoodstandingthenthecustomermaybedeniedsupportuntiltheaccountissueshavebeenresolved.
BRANDINGRe-brandingorremovalofWHMCSreferencesfromthesoftwareitselforanyassociatedfilesarenotpermitted.
CANCELLATIONS&AGREEMENTMODIFICATIONSWHMCSreservestherighttochangeanyportionoftheconditionsinthisagreement,atanytimeandinitssolediscretion.
Anymodificationsmadeshallbeconsideredacceptedbytheresellerunlessanoticeofterminationisreceivedwithin14businessdaysoftheresellerbeingnotifiedofthechange.
Eitherpartyreservestherighttocancelthisagreementatanytimebywrittennoticeofcancellationtothereceivingparty.
Anycancellationbytheresellerrequiresa3monthnoticeperiodandtheresoldcustomersemailaddressestobeprovidedtoWHMCStoallowofferingtheoptiontocontinuewithWHMCSdirectlytoavoidinterruptingservice.
Anycancellationforfeitsallpaymentsandwarrantsnorefundofunusedportions.
Ifatanytimeduringyourreselleragreementanyitemofthisagreementisbreeched,yourreselleraccountmaybeterminated"immediately"withoutanyrighttorefundofanymoneyspaidforlicenses.
TRADEMARKSTheWHMCSsoftwarecontainreferencestomanycompaniesthattheWHMCSSoftwareisintegratedwithforpayments&otherrelatedservices.
