telerik的图标控件没法生成多个X轴，如果非要多个X轴，可以试着使用多个图表控件进行拼接。

多个Y轴的话直接定义就行，我用的是telerikfor silverlight，X轴ChartArea.AxisX，第一个Y轴ChartArea.AxisY，第二个Y轴ChartArea.AdditionalYAxes。

要控制页面显示数据个数的话，可以通过直接控制滚动条来实现。

通过控制X轴的RangeStart、SliderSelectionStart、RangeEnd、SliderSelectionEnd来控制滚动条的长度。

如何在运行时修改Telerik控件的主题
