摘要

传统的档案资料存储工作方式对于用户信息的存储管理、企业会议活动的开展等都有其信息冗余、存取不方便、形式单调等问题。随着计算机技术飞速发展加强企业工作的建设建立部门紧密结构的相关工作需要计算机技术的支撑和发展。

本文针对信息冗余、存取不方便、形式单调的问题利用基于JSP动态网页编程技术设计并实现了企业电子邮件系统其主要研究内容如下

1、本文设计并实现了企业电子邮件系统通过设计原则确定设计阶段遵循的准则在功能模块设计过程当中对系统结构进行了说明程序结构设计分别从时序图和流程图角度设计系统最后对数据库的表结构和ER图进行了相应的设计。

2、该系统实现的功能包括了登录功能、管理员管理、企业部门管理、用户管理、电子邮件编辑管理、企业电子邮件业务管理、通讯录管理共八个部分。最后对每个功能测试确保系统健壮的运行。该系统的实现也能够为企业管理工作提供良好的改进手段为部门工作发挥更大的作用。

ABSTRACT

The traditional archival data storage mode has the information redundancy, inconvenient access,and so on.With the rapid development of computer technology,to strengthen the construction of enterprise work,the establishment of the relevant workof the Department of close structure,need the support and development of computer technology.

In this paper,the problem of information redundancy,access is not convenient, the form of monotonous,based on JSP dynamic web programming technology,designand implementation of enterprise e-mail system,the main research contents are as follows:

1.This paper presents the design and implementation of e-mail system of enterprises,determine the design stage to follow the guidelines in the design process through the design principle,function modules are described in the system structure and program structure were designed from the sequence diagram and flow chart point of the system,finally the table structure and ERdiagram of database were designed.

2.The function of the system includes login function,administrator management,enterprise management,user management, e-mail editing management,business e-mail business management,address book management,a total of eight parts.At theend of each function test,to ensure the robust operation of the system.The implementation of the system can also provide a good means of improvement for the management of the enterprise,to play a greater role in the work of the department.Key Words E-mail system; JSP;SSH;JAVA;MySQL database
