摘 要

社区便民服务的主要目的就是满足社区居民的需要尽可能地为居民提供一切他们需要的服务。所以本文研究的课题构建一款社区便民服务平台是十分有意义的这样就可以使社区居民享受“一网在手生活不愁”的便利使他们的生活省力又省心。 同时对于服务组织和个人来说也满足了他们的服务和经营需求。尤其是许多服务组织和个人他们处于创业阶段在为居民提供各种服务。比如家政服务老人陪护、月嫂、保姆、 日常清洁理财服务基金类业务、证券类业务、保险类业务、理财产品类业务、信息发布显示、介绍预约购买社区便民店 网点介绍 网点业务介绍、网点地图信息、水电气缴费查询社区新闻等工作。这些服务组织和个人可以借助社区便民服务平台发布他们的信息这样平台就成为了他们合法的宣传场所平台为他们架起了一座通向用户的桥梁。服务组织通过平台可以获得更多的利益用户借助这座桥梁可以获得更多生活的便利。

在国内互联网的信息化浪潮和社区便民服务的迅速发展情况下 国内出现了一些社区服务平台系统。总体而言社区便民服务平台有着非常不错的前景而且开发平台所需要的技术也处于日益成熟的阶段加上逐渐细分的便民服务功能顺应着这个时代的潮流平台的设计与实现变得更加有意义也更加完善。为了给社区居民提供便利、快捷、实惠的商业、物业服务还将金融场景应用于社区生活中从而开发一个基于B/S模式的体系架构和SSH集成框架的社区便民服务平台并提供基于社区特色的邻里互助和便民服务。

本文根据假定的便民服务平台任务书的需求说明结合相关的信息技术提出了有效的解决系统设计和实现的方案本文的主要内容是介绍基于SSH框架的社区便民服务平台的设计和开发流程。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of community convenient service is to meet the needs of communityresidents and provide everything the residents need.Therefore, the subject of this paper,which is to build a community convenient service platform is very meaningful, in whichway community residents can enjoy"carefree life with internet service",making theirlife easy and simple.And for service organizations and individuals, it also meets theirneeds of providing business and services.This is especially the case for many start-upindividuals and organizations who are in their infant stage, engaged in providingservices such as domestic services for residents: old man escort,maternity matron,nanny, daily cleaning; financial services:mutual fund, securities, insurance, financialproducts, information distributing and displaying; community convenient stores:outlets,business introduction,map information,utility fee collection; community news and soon. Those service organizations and individuals can rely on community convenientservice platform to release their information,with the platform being not only a legalpromotion place where they can release information but also a bridge leading serviceorganizations to the users.Through the platform, service organizations can get morebenefits,and users can take advantage of it to get more convenience.

With the Internet informatization and rapid growth of community convenientservice in China, a number of community service platform systems have emerged.Overall, community service platform has a very good prospect,because the technologyof developing platform has become increasingly sound, and the gradual subdivision ofconvenient services conforms to the trend of the time. Platform design andimplementation becomes more meaningful and holistic. In order to provide convenient,fast and affordable commercial and property services, integrating financial scenariosand community life, it is necessary to develop a community convenient service platform,based on the B/S mode and the framework of SSH,which provides neighborhoodmutual support and community convenient services of its kind.

According to the hypothetical task instruction of convenient service platform, thispaper,using relevant information technology,puts forward effective solutions to systemdesign and implementation.The main idea of this paper is to introduce the design andthe process of developing community convenient service system which is based on SSH
