完全可以的。

Python、Perl、Tcl都有各自的Socket库，至于Ruby和Lua，我不熟。

不过，我可以肯定，Python、Perl、Tcl都可以做到。

Shell也可以实现，不过要借助各种软件工具，你应该听说过Shell实现Curses库的功能吧，实现Socket也不是没有可能。
