如何写好外贸邮件?
写外贸邮件首先你要明确是什么外贸邮件:
1. 外贸开发信-这个你必须明晰你联系的是谁,内容是什么,对方的产品和业务能够和你有交集,能否吸引到对方,切忌千篇一律,大段废话;抓住对方可能感兴趣的点就好;第一封不回,第二封跟进,注意时间段和内容,内容要不同要有新鲜感,否则是就是垃圾邮件,浪费别人时间。
2. 外贸回复跟进或者询盘-这个要分情况来对待,需要时间经验的积累,但是有一条是核心,不要轻易报价,不要把所有的交期-大货,样品说的那么死,给自己留余地;另外不能有语病。
3. 通用MARK-所有的邮件注意排版,注意颜色-千万不要五颜六色;注意附件,附件不要压缩文档,别人会认为这是病毒;最好就是PDF和JPG格式;附件大小不要超过1M,尤其是第一封邮件,特殊情况特殊处理;大内存的附件用软件或专门的网站传。
4. 其实无论什么外贸行业,写邮件你都要把我最核心的2个点-你是否对行业的产品和产业链条熟悉,如果不熟悉,回去学好再来业务,免得丢人;你是否对你邮件往来的客户熟悉-他是什么人,哪家公司;分销渠道;有没有中国的合作伙伴;他的业务模式,他的市场价格定位;他去年的销售额;甚者他在社交网站的账号;他喜欢什么;分享了什么。
