AMXlightingproductsareguaranteedtoswitchonandoffanyloadthatisproperlyconnectedtoourlightingproducts,aslongastheAMXlightingproductsareunderwarranty.
AMXalsoguaranteesthecontrolofdimmableloadsthatareproperlyconnectedtoourlightingproducts.
Thedimmingperformanceorqualitythereofisnotguaranteed,impartduetotherandomcombinationsofdimmers,lampsandballastsortransformers.
AMXsoftwareiswarrantedforaperiodofninety(90)days.
Batteriesandincandescentlampsarenotcoveredunderthewarranty.
AMXAutoPatchEpica,Modula,ModulaSeries4,ModulaCatProSeriesand8Y-3000productmodelswillbefreeofdefectsinmaterialsandmanu-factureatthetimeofsaleandwillremainingoodworkingorderforaperiodofthree(3)yearsfollowingthedateoftheoriginalsalesinvoicefromAMX.
Thethree-yearwarrantyperiodwillbeextendedtothelifeoftheproduct(LimitedLifetimeWarranty)ifthewarrantycardisfilledoutbythedealerand/orenduserandreturnedtoAMXsothatAMXreceivesitwithinthirty(30)daysoftheinstallationofequipmentbutnolaterthansix(6)monthsfromoriginalAMXsalesinvoicedate.
Thelifeoftheproductextendsuntilfive(5)yearsafterAMXceasesmanufacturingtheproductmodel.
TheLimitedLifetimeWarrantyappliestoproductsintheiroriginalinstallationonly.
