我对张玉说得要新网的证明张玉就写了一个证明大概内容是域名在新网注册然后被盗。要新网盖章新网说不能给盖章。我说你说是被盗人家肯定不会给你盖章的。不过我觉得GoDaddy要能承认必须得有两个要素一个要素是要新网证明你是最初的注册人一个要素是说被转出是没有经过授权的。我说要新网盖英文的章或双语的章人家才能承认考虑到新网可能没有这样的章我说要在签名盖章处用英文写上”新网盖章处”字样。没想到新网在中文证明上盖了章说什么也不肯在英文证明上盖章说是怕有歧义。

最后实在没办法只好拿着新网的证明让翻译公司去翻译然后盖上了翻译公司的章。

张玉见新网不配合要去域名仲裁机构去仲裁但域名仲裁的钱也是一笔不小的数目。大概是1000美元且不算律师费等其它费用。我说先联系GoDaddy部门吧。如果新网实在不给盖章只证明是在他们那注册的也行然后要想详细都有哪些证据证明是你的比如什么时候续费了续费的订单是多少续费到什么时间等。这样写完新网终于给盖章翻译盖章。

办好了新网的证件又办好了张玉的身份证扫描件及翻译。

这次和撤销部不同的是他们不是给你安全码而是直接把域名放到你提供的帐号里。

这个域名找了大概有一个月终于找回。

如果有朋友丢了心爱的域名。可以来找我。找的我方法可以百度搜GoDaddy被盗爱晴皇岛或者淘宝搜被盗我是家美莲商城GoDaddy。这个域名找了大概有一个月终于找回。最后的经验是只要是自己的东西就不怕的。只要能拿出足够的证据来。终能找回。

虽然老外可能会因为很忙根本不好好看你的信。虽然他们有点死板有些认死理但他们还是十分公平公事公办的。

不像国内的某些域名公司怕担责任开个证明都要费很大事。
